The CARES Office will be closed on Friday 19th November to support the National Self Care Week which takes place from 15 – 21 November 2021.
Self-Care Week is an annual UK wide national awareness week that provides focus for self-care events and activities across the country. The theme for 2021 is Practise Self Care for Life.
